OPENING HOURS

Free parking is available for 30 minutes at the car park on Level 1, Entry Jacksons Street for purchases and gift pick up

We are open 7 days a week. 

Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 8 pm

Saturday 9 am until 6 pm

Sunday 10 am until 7 pm

SPA FACILITIES

As a guest at Aurora Spa Retreat, you will have complimentary use of our relaxation lounge, an opportunity to use our Aurora Spa Rituals products, change rooms, showers, lockers, towels, filtered water and herbal tea.  For treatments over an hour, you’ll also have complimentary use of a robe and slippers. Underwear is required for all treatments and swimwear is required for body wraps and water therapies. Light snacks, lunch, and organic juices are available.

LOCATION AND PARKING

The Spa is located at 2 Acland St on Level 1, The Prince Hotel, St Kilda which is 5km from Melbourne city. You can enter through the hotel reception on Acland St, or for car parking enter via the Jackson St car park on Level 1. There is direct access to the Spa from safe and secure paid parking facilities.

TREATMENTS OF 2 HOURS OR MORE

As a guest of Aurora Spa Retreat, you will receive a discount of 10% when you purchase treatments of 120 minutes or more in one visit.

MAKING YOUR BOOKING

To secure your booking a valid credit credit card or an Aurora Spa Retreat gift voucher is required. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note we require 24 hours notice to cancel, change or reschedule all appointments. Where cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to the credit card or gift voucher used to secure the booking.  Treatments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of your scheduled treatment time, or if you do not attend your booked treatment time will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.  As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.  

GIFT VOUCHERS AND E VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers and e vouchers are available for all individual treatments, retreats and spa  products and can be purchased online or by phone on 03 9536 1130.  Vouchers can be couriered, express posted, emailed, posted or collected from Aurora Spa Retreat.  The first 30 minutes  of parking in the Jackson Street carpark is free, so you can come and pick up your vouchers and products at no cost.
